Prelaunch prototype notice: Draytz Origami is a prelaunch product, and this Site is a working prototype rather than a finished storefront. No purchases, orders, or contracts of sale are made through this Site. Items still needing confirmation are marked like this.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using draytz.com (this "Site"), operated by Phosfer Pty Ltd (ABN 61 674 953 201), trading as Draytz ("Draytz Origami", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. What this Site is

This Site is an informational and marketing website for the Draytz Origami product (a pickup-bed divider/ramp/table accessory) ahead of its commercial launch. It lets you learn about the product, preview it in 3D, and join a prelaunch mailing list via the early-access form. It is not an online store: nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell, and no order or purchase can currently be made through it.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to submit the early-access form.

4. Product information and specifications

Product images, 3D models, dimensions, finishes, and specifications shown on this Site (including any load rating figures) are provided by Draytz Origami and are subject to change without notice prior to final release. Where a specification is explicitly marked as unconfirmed on this Site, no claim is made about it until it's been verified. Nothing on this Site is a compliance, certification, or safety guarantee unless expressly stated.

5. Prelaunch signup and communications

Submitting the early-access form and ticking the consent checkbox means you agree to receive prelaunch emails from us about Draytz Origami. You can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information you submit.

6. Intellectual property

The Draytz Origami name, logo, and the content of this Site (text, graphics, 3D models, images, and design) are owned by or licensed to Draytz Origami, except where otherwise credited. You may view and share this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from this Site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Third-party links and partners

This Site names or links to third parties, including QUT Entrepreneurship, Morpho, and Prelaunch.com. We don't control those third parties' own websites or content, and linking to or naming them isn't an endorsement of everything they do, nor a claim that they endorse Draytz Origami beyond what's stated on this Site. Visiting a third-party site is subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.

8. Acceptable use

When using this Site, you agree not to:

submit false or misleading information via the early-access form, including using it to spam or harass;
attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems;
scrape or harvest content from the Site for a competing commercial purpose; or
use the Site in a way that breaches any applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

This Site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the final product will match every detail shown here (this is a prelaunch prototype site, and details may change before launch). Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy that can't lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Draytz Origami isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that can't lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, particularly as the Site moves from prototype to a live product. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
